Right of Withdrawal (Returns and Refunds)

In accordance with European Union regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order. To exercise this right, customers must notify clairebasler-editions.com via email at clairebasler@gmail.com before returning the item.

 

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition (undamaged, unused, and resellable).

• If the item is damaged or shows signs of use, no refund will be issued.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Returns must be sent to the address provided upon request.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged, the customer must contact clairebasler-editions.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos of the damage. A replacement or refund will be offered based on evaluation.
